Comme tous les ans, les députés du Congrès National du Peuple et ceux du Comité national de la CCPPC (Conférence Consultative Politique du Peuple Chinois) se réunissent à Pékin au mois de mars pour discuter et voter différents projets de loi.
Cette année, deux propositions de loi se sont fait remarquées :
« Proposition de loi de la PRC (République Populaire de Chine) contre la maltraitance animale»
« Proposition de loi pour l’interdiction de l’abattage des chiens et des chats ».
Depuis plusieurs jours, des centaines de milliers de volontaires chinois de la protection animale et de simples citoyens chinois ont apporté un soutien historique à ces deux propositions :
Résultat du sondage le 8 mars 2015:
« Proposition de loi de la PRC (République Populaire de Chine) contre la maltraitance animale»
pour: 1,252,351 ------------ contre: 158,290
« Proposition de loi pour l’interdiction de l’abattage des chiens et des chats ».
pour: 1,724,728 -------------- contre: 175,420

They're voting, voting, voting...for the animals of China
As every year, the MPs of the National Peoples' Congress and those of the National Committee of the CCPPC (Political consultitive Conference of the Chinese People ) get together in March in Beijing to discuss and vote for different bills.
This year, two bills are to be noted :
« Bill of the PRC ( People's Republic of China ) against animal ill-treatment».
« Bill to forbid the slaughtering of dogs and cats »
For the past few days, hundreds and thousands of Chinese volunteers in Animal Protection and simple Chinese citizens have brought an historical support to these two projects:

Lors de l’interview, le député a montré à la journaliste un document montrant la proposition de loi co-signée par une trentaine de députés : condition obligatoire pour permettre à une proposition de loi d’entrer dans l'ordre du jour ( projet de loi ).

During the interview, the MP showed the journalist the document showing that the bill had been co-signed by about thirty MPs : the mandatory condition to allow a bill to enter the order of discussion.
