Nul n’ignore la maltraitance animale dans ce pays, y compris bien entendu les chiens.

je suis extrêmement choqué(e) que votre organisation ait mandaté, par le biais de C.K.U. (China Kennel Union), la Chine afin d’organiser à SHANGHAI le « World Dog Show 2019» :
Ce n’est un secret pour personne qu’une chaîne criminelle et opaque de vols, d’empoisonnements, de transports illégaux, d’abattages illégaux et cruels puis de consommation illégale de chiens persiste comme une maladie chronique en Chine, tout cela, semble-t-il, dans l’indifférence gouvernementale ;

Ce n’est un secret pour personne qu’un trop grand nombre de chiens errants, --- engendré principalement par la « reproduction artificielle » et l’abandon --- cause des soucis insurmontables aux volontaires chinois pour leurs T.N.R., leurs besoins quotidiens dans l’attente d’une adoption éventuelle;
Ne sachant ni où dormir ni quoi manger, tous ces chiens errants doivent cependant survivre. Ils doivent également faire face à des tueries organisées ;
Le gouvernement chinois n’a rien fait jusqu’à présent pour légiférer sur la protection animale. Même une loi contre la maltraitance animale n’est pas à l’ordre du jour.
Ce que subissent les chiens en particulier, et plus généralement tous les autres animaux en Chine, et en outre le mandat attribué à la Chine pour organiser ce « World Dog Show 2019 » suscitent de vives réactions dans le monde entier. Il est inimaginable que vous n’en soyez pas informé :

Je me permets donc de vous poser les questions suivantes :
Selon quels critères Shanghai (Chine) a-t-elle été « qualifiée » pour organiser une telle manifestation ?
Quelles sont vos objectifs en mandatant C.K.U. pour organiser une telle manifestation?
A cette occasion, je vous prie de bien vouloir faire pression auprès du gouvernement chinois afin qu’il légifère le plus tôt possible sur la protection animale.

I am extremely shocked that your organization has mandated SHANGHAI (P.R.C), through C.K.U. (China Kennel Union), to organize the «World Dog Show 2019»:
It is no secret that a criminal and opaque chain of theft, poisoning, illegal transportation, cruel and illegal slaughter and illegal «consumption» of dogs persists as a chronic disease in China and all this apparently with indifference of the government:

It is no secret that a huge amount of stray dogs --- caused mainly by the «artificial reproduction» and abandonment --- causes real problems to Chinese volunteers for their T.N.R. their livestock and their adoption;
It is no secret that these stray dogs have to not only face the issue of survival --- not knowing where to sleep and having very often nothing to eat --- but also to their organized slaughters;
The Chinese government has done nothing so far to legislate any animal protection; even a law against animal mistreatment is not the order of the day.
The suffering of the dogs in particular, and in general, all the other animals in China, and moreover the mandate awarded to China to organise this «World Dog Show2019» has provoked fierce reaction all over the world. It is unthinkable that you not be informed:

What are your goals on mandating C.K.U. of such a meeting?
In this instance, I am asking you to insist that the Chinese government make laws on animal protection as soon as possible.
